中国话语对外传播的语内翻译与语际翻译探究

摘　　要：中国话语对外传播时面临着中华文化底蕴、中国政治话语特色和网络话语的时代特色等方面语境的语内翻译难题,语际翻译转换面临着词汇、句法和体裁的搭配契合度制约。就中国话语的语际翻译而言,中国话语对外传播时要基于政治敏感性,合理选词,灵活运用翻译技巧,理顺句式,善于关切读者阅读期待,切合体裁。中国话语对外传播的语内翻译与语际翻译统一路径是:中国话语对外翻译传播要体现本民族心理,兼顾他民族心理,构建融通中外的话语体系。When Chinese discourse is disseminated abroad,it faces challenges in intralingual translation due to the cultural heritage of Chinese civilization,the distinctive characteristics of Chinese political discourse,and the contemporary features of internet language.Inter-lingual translation,meanwhile,encounters constraints in the compatibility of vocabulary,syntax,and genre.Regarding the interlingual translation of Chinese discourse,it is necessary to consider the political sensitivity,choose words carefully,apply translation techniques flexibly,structure sentences logically,show concern for readers'expectations,and adapt to different genres.The unified approach to intra-lingual and interlingual translation in the extemal communication of Chinese discourse is to rllet the mentality of the Chinese nation while also considering the mentality of other nations,thereby constructing a discourse system that bridges domestic and international perspectives.
