摘 要:利用环境友好型自修复微胶囊涂层技术,降低海洋环境对AH36钢基体的腐蚀速度,延长钢材使用寿命,同时减少污染、保护环境。采用溶剂蒸发法,以亚麻籽油(LO)为芯材、聚砜树脂(PSF)为壁材制备出微胶囊。通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、红外光谱仪等对胶囊表面形貌、结构进行表征与实验分析。将微胶囊包裹于环氧树脂涂层中,研究微胶囊添加量对环氧树脂涂层自修复性能的影响,并通过电化学阻抗等实验探索微胶囊涂层的电化学性能及自修复功能。结果表明:向环氧树脂涂层中加入微胶囊,涂层的防护性能大幅提高,具有较强的自修复能力。其中微胶囊添加量为5%时,涂层的耐蚀性以及自修复性能最好。In view of the corrosion impact of the marine environment on steel materials,the environmental friendly self-healing microcapsule coating technology is adopted to reduce the corrosion rate of AH36 steel,prolong the service life of steel materials,reduce pollution and protect the environment.Microcapsules are prepared by solvent evaporation with linseed oil(LO)as the core material and polysulfone resin(PSF)as the wall material.Scanning electron microscopy(SEM),infrared spectrometer,etc.are used to characterize and analyze the surface morphology and structure of capsules.In this experiment,the effect of microcapsule addition on the self-healing performance of epoxy resin coating is discussed,and the electrochemical performance and self-healing function of microcapsule coating are studied by electrochemical impedance and other experiments.The results show that the addition of microcapsules to the epoxy resin coating greatly improves the protective performance of the coating and has strong self-healing ability.When the amount of microcapsules added is 5%,the best corrosion resistance and self-healing performance of the coating are obtained.
