摘 要:为研究杂交籼稻亲本对白米理化特性及其食味品质的影响,检测45个品种白米的基本理化指标、糊化特性、米饭食味值与稻米亲本进行数据分析。结果表明:比较变异系数发现,恢复系和不育系对指标的影响不同,恢复系品种影响的指标占所有指标的57.14%,不育系品种影响的指标占所有指标的78.57%,其中恢复系品种907、3168,以及不育系品种广8A、931A影响的指标数均为92.86%;相关性分析发现,不育系对品质影响达到显著水平以上的指标数高于恢复系,其中不育系931A对稻米弹性、外观和口感的影响达到极显著水平;通过聚类分析可知,不育系广8A、76S、圳S、2311S、931A对大米品质的影响较强,同不育系的不同恢复系品种各项指标差别较小。综合3种统计分析方式可以发现,不育系亲本对大米和米饭品质的影响强于恢复系亲本,不育系亲本中广8A、76S、931A的影响作用最强。In order to study the effects of parental lines on physicochemical characteristics and eating qualities of indica hybrid rice,the basic physical and chemical indicators,gelatinization characteristics,rice taste indicators and rice parents of 45 varieties of indica hybrid rice were tested for data analysis.The comparison of the coefficient of variation showed that the paternal and maternal lines have different effects on the index.The indicators affected by the sire line accounted for 57.14%of all indicators,and the indicators affected by the maternal line accounted for 78.57%of all indicators.Among them,the indicators affected by the sire line 907,3168 and maternal line Guang 8A and 931A both accounted for 92.86%.The correlation analysis showed that the index numbers of the male sterile line was higher than that of the restorer line,and the male sterile line 931A had a very significant effect on the elasticity,appearance and taste of rice.Through cluster analysis,it can be known that the maternal lines Guang 8A,76S,Zhen S,2311S,and 931A have a strong influence on rice quality,and there is little difference in various indicators of different male line varieties of the same maternal line.According to the three statistical analysis methods,the effect of maternal lines on the physicochemical characteristics and eating qualities of rice was stronger than that of parental lines,and the maternal line Guang 8A,76S and 931A have a strong effect.
