摘  要:目的:采用液相色谱-串联质谱对不同花色的菊花中绿原酸、3,5-二咖啡酰奎宁酸、木犀草素、芹菜素、蒙花苷、芹菜素-7-葡萄糖苷和木犀草苷7种主要成分进行定量分析。方法:采用Agilent ZORBAX Eclipse Plus C18色谱柱,以0.3%甲酸水溶液(A)-0.3%甲酸乙腈溶液(B)为流动相进行梯度洗脱,流速0.3 mL/min,进样量3μL。质谱采用电喷雾离子源,多反应监测方式进行检测。结果:8个菊花品种中蒙花苷和芹菜素-7-葡萄糖苷含量最高。其中,黄花品种‘18-C-16’中蒙花苷含量最高。紫花品种‘19-G-35’、白花品种‘17-Y-1’和黄花品种‘18-C-3’中芹菜素和芹菜素-7-葡萄糖苷的积累量较高。紫花品种‘18-G-38’和黄花品种‘18-C-16’中木犀草素含量较高。绿原酸和3,5-二咖啡酰奎宁酸这2种有机酸主要分布在紫花品种‘19-G-35’和黄花品种‘18-C-16’中。结论:黄、白色菊花更适合选作茶、药菊品种,其次为紫色菊花,而红色菊花品种更适合用作观赏。该研究为茶用及药用菊花的质量评价提供了新的视角,对今后的药食品种选育具有重要意义。Objective:Chlorogenic acid,isochlorogenic acid A,luteolin,apigenin,linarin,apigenin 7-O-glucoside and luteolin 7-O-glucoside in Chrysanthemum morifolium with different flower colors were quantified by Liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(LC-MS/MS)method.Methods:The gradient elution was carried out on an Agilent ZORBAX Eclipse Plus C18 column with 0.3%formic acid aqueous solution(A)and 0.3%formic acid in acetonitrile(B)as mobile phases.The flow rate was 0.3 mL/min,and the injection volume was 3μL.Electrospray ionization(ESI)interface and multiple reaction monitoring(MRM)were used.Results:Linarin and apigenin 7-O-glucoside were more abundant in eight chrysanthemum cultivars than other components.Specifically,the content of linarin was the highest in the yellow flowers of‘18-C-16’.Apigenin and apigenin 7-O-glucoside were accumulated higher in the purple flowers of‘19-G-35’,white flowers of‘17-Y-1’,and yellow flowers of‘18-C-3’.The content of luteolin was higher in the purple flowers of‘18-G-38’and yellow flowers of‘18-C-16’.Two organic acids,chlorogenic acid and isochlorogenic acid A,mainly distributed in the purple flowers of‘19-G-35’and yellow flowers of‘18-C-16’.Conclusion:Yellow and white chrysanthemums were more suitable for tea and medicinal chrysanthemum,followed by purple chrysanthemums,while red chrysanthemums were more suitable for ornamental use.This study provides a new sight for the quality assessment of tea and herb used chrysanthemum,and is significant in future breeding of medicinal and edible varieties.
