课程内容与职业标准对接研究与实践——以汽车安全与舒适系统检修课程为例

摘　　要：推进职业教育课程内容与职业标准对接,是现代职业教育的一项重要内容,有利于促进行业、企业和学校之间的深度融合,提高服务社会的能力。文章在分析和研究关于汽车维修工国家职业标准和汽车运用与维修职业技能等级标准的基础上,按照职业岗位(群)的能力要求,基于职业工作过程重构汽车检测与维修技术专业课程体系,将职业标准的知识和技能要求融入专业课程内容中,实现课证融通,提高人才培养质量。Promoting the integration of vocational education curriculum content with vocational standards is an important aspect of modern vocational education,which is conducive to promoting deep integration between industries,enterprises,and schools,and improving their ability to serve society.Based on the research and analysis of the national vocational standards for automobile maintenance workers and the vocational skill level standards for automobile application and maintenance,and in accordance with the ability requirements of professional positions(groups),the curriculum system of automobile inspection and maintenance technology is reconstructed based on the professional work process in this paper.The knowledge and skill requirements of vocational standards are integrated into the professional curriculum content,achieving the integration of courses and certificates,and improving the quality of talent cultivation.
