高校大型仪器设备管理模式探讨——以南京森林警察学院为例

摘　　要：自教育部颁布实施《高等学校仪器设备管理办法》以来,各级各类高校积极探索仪器设备管理体制改革,充分发挥仪器设备在高校教学科研和学科建设中的重要作用。但是,高校在大型仪器设备使用中仍然存在开放共享度较低、资产优化不足等问题,如何最大限度地管好用好大型仪器设备,是摆在高校管理者面前亟待解决的问题。在分析高校大型仪器设备现行管理模式特点的基础上,针对存在问题给出了对策建议,倡导高校积极探索大型仪器设备的有效管理模式,提高仪器设备使用率,更好地发挥其服务社会功能。Since the Ministry of Education promulgated and implemented the measures for the management of instruments and equipment in institutions of higher education,all kinds of colleges and universities actively explore the reform of the management system of instruments and equipment,giving full play to the important role of instruments and equipment in the teaching and scientific research and subject construction of colleges and universities.However,there are still some problems in the use of large-scale instruments and equipment in colleges and universities,such as low degree of openness and sharing,insufficient optimization of assets,etc.,it is an urgent problem for university administrators to solve.Based on the analysis of the characteristics of the current management mode of large-scale instruments and equipment in colleges and universities,this paper gives some countermeasures and suggestion in the light of the existing problems,and advocates that colleges and universities should actively explore an effective management mode of large-scale instruments and equipment,improve the utilization rate of instruments and equipment,play better its social service function.
