摘  要:为响应教育部对高等教育提出的课程思政建设的新要求,对工程管理专业课程思政育人模式进行探索。基于OBE教育理念,首先,确立了工程管理专业课程思政育人目标;其次,为保障目标实现给出了三项支撑工作:教师育人能力提升、课程思政教学设计、教学方式转变。最后,通过课程思政效果测评,促进学生课程思政的参与度,为后续的持续改进奠定基础。In response to the new requirements of the ministry of education for higher education,the paper explores the education mode of ideological and political education in the major of engineering management.Firstly,the aim of ideological and political education in the curriculum of engineering management major is determined based on the OBE educational concept.Secondly,in order to ensure the realization of the goal,three supporting tasks are given:to improve the professional teachers' ability to educate students,to redesign the teaching content,and to change the teaching method.Finally,through the evaluation of the effect of ideological and political education,the participation of students in ideological and political education is promoted,which lays a foundation for continuous improvement.
