摘  要:以盐酸沙格雷酯的制备为例,探索将科学研究项目开发设计为创新药物化学综合实验。通过氯代反应、Wittig-Horner反应、催化氢化反应等反应类型进行多步合成,利用薄层色谱监测反应进程,利用萃取、重结晶等方法分离提纯产品,借助核磁共振手段对产品进行结构表征。通过该实验项目,拓展学生对当今药物化学前沿的视野,调动学生对于药物化学及其科学研究的兴趣,锻炼独立思考问题以及分析解决问题的能力,提高实践动手能力,加强团队合作意识,培养全面的药学综合实验素质,为即将到来的本科毕业论文设计以及今后从事相关研究工作打下坚实基础。Taking the preparation of sarpogrelate hydrochloride as an example,scientific research project was developed and explored as an innovative Pharmaceutical Chemistry comprehensive experiment.The product was synthesized through multi-step reactions such as chlorination reaction,wittig-Horner reaction and catalytic hydrogenation reaction.Thin-layer chromatography was used to monitor the reaction process.Extraction,recrystallization and other methods were used to separate and purify the products.Through this experiment,students interests were aroused in medicinal chemistry and science research,independent thinking problem analysis and problem-solving ability were exercised,the practical ability was improved,the team cooperation consciousness was strengthened,comprehensive pharmaceutical quality was cultivated.A solid foundation was laid for the design of the forthcoming undergraduate thesis and the related research work in the future.
