“1+X”证书制度下民办药学专业“三教”改革的路径探索

摘　　要：“1+X”证书制度是国家为了适应现代职业教育改革而推行的一项政策制度,旨在通过制度落实来促进教学改革,增进学生多岗位职业技能,提升学生就业竞争力。民办药学专业的职业教育中,基于办学主体性质、资源投入有限、师资力量薄弱等客观性原因,在开展“1+X”证书制度方面存在较多的不足问题。但“1+X”证书制度对民办职业教育也是一项发展契机,对自身教学改革建设都具有促进作用。如何依托“1+X”证书制度来助力“三教”改革,实现民办职业教育更大发展,这是值得研究的一项课题任务。The"1+X"certificate system is a policy system implemented by the country to adapt to the reform of modern vocational education.It aims to promote teaching reform through the implementation of the system,improve students'multi-position vocational skils,and enhance students'employment competitiveness.In the vocational education of private pharmacy specialty,there are many deficiencies in the implementation of the "1+X"certificate system based on the objective reasons such as the nature of the main body of the school,the limited investment in resources,and the weak strength of teachers.However,the"1+x"certificate system is also an opportunity for the development of private vocational education and has a promoting effect on its own teaching reform and construction.How to rely on the "1+X"certificate system to help the "three education"reform and achieve greater development of private vocational education is a task worthy of study.
