摘　　要：为优化新媒体环境下高职院校师德师风建设,营造校园教书育人的良好氛围,文章分析了目前高职院校在新媒体环境下师德师风建设存在的教师职业素养和育人意识、学术道德氛围和创新能力、言论监控缺失等主要问题。因此,笔者尝试从利用媒体工具,提升职业道德、利用网络,加强过程监督和考核、建立网络舆情机制,净化校园网络舆论环境、积极探索校园文化与新媒体耦合效应、加强意识形态配套机制建设等方面提出了新媒体时代高职院校加强师德师风建设的具体策略。In order to optimize the construction of teachers' ethics in higher vocational colleges under the new media environment and create a good atmosphere for campus teaching and education,this paper analyzes the main problems existing in the construction of teachers' ethics and education consciousness,academic moral atmosphere and innovation ability,and the lack of speech monitoring.Therefore,the author tries to put forward specific strategies to strengthen the construction of teachers' ethics in higher vocational colleges in the new media era from the aspects of using media tools,improving professional ethics,using network,strengthening process supervision and assessment,establishing network public opinion mechanism,purifying campus network public opinion environment,actively exploring the coupling effect of campus culture and new media,and strengthening the construction of ideological supporting mechanism.
