摘 要:针对中国航空器重新分类(RECAT-CN)试验阶段的效果评价需要,提出了RECAT-CN实施情况、管制员尾流间隔控制能力和间隔缩减情况等衡量指标参数;以典型的试验运行机场为例,基于二次雷达记录数据,对不同组合机型的间隔缩减情况进行分析,预测RECAT-CN的全面实施对繁忙时段机场容量的提升情况。数据结果表明,管制员的间隔控制余度基本平稳,能顺利切换至RECAT-CN间隔标准。实施RECAT-CN运行后间隔缩减效果明显,能较明显地提升繁忙时段的机场容量。Aimed at effect evaluation requirement of the recategorization in China(RECAT-CN)in experimental stage,the novel measurement parameters including the implementation of RECAT-CN,the capability on the wake separation control of the controller,and the separation reduction are proposed.Taking a typical experimental airport as an example,and based on data recorded by second-ary radars,the separation reduction of different combinations of aircraft types is analyzed,and the im-provement of the airport capacity during peak hours is predicted for full implementation of RECAT-CN.Data results show that the controller's separation control margin is basically stable and it can be smoothly switched to the RECAT-CN separation standard.After the implementation of RECAT-CN operation,the effect of separation reduction is obvious,and the airport capacity during peak hours can be significantly increased.
