摘 要:由于细粒式多孔沥青混合料在排水、降噪、抗滑等路面功能性方面有着卓越的优势,且在我国的标准筛孔直径4.75 mm~9.5 mm之间缺少更细的划分,因此通过增加7.5 mm筛孔来设计不同空隙率下的新型细粒式多孔沥青混合料PAC-7的级配,并将其与PAC-5、PAC-10进行路用性能的对比评价。试验结果表明,所研究的PAC-7的配合比设计方案合理,各项路用性能均满足规范要求,且随着空隙率的增大,PAC-7的高温稳定性、渗水性能越强,低温抗裂性、水稳定性越差。3种细粒式多孔沥青混合料的各项路用性能随着其公称最大粒径的变化而变化,具体表现为:当空隙率一致时,细粒式多孔沥青混合料的公称最大粒径越大,其高温稳定性、渗水性能越好,低温抗裂性、水稳定性越差。As the fine porous asphalt mixture has outstanding advantages in pavement functionality in terms of drainage,noise reduction and skid resistance,and furthermore,Chinese standard sieve diameter lacks a finer division between 4.75 mm and 9.5 mm,in this paper the gradation of new fine porous asphalt mixture PAC-7 under different void ratios by adding 7.5 mm mesh is designed to carry out comparisons with PAC-5 and PAC-1o in terms of road performance.The test results show that the mix proportion design scheme of PAC-7 studied in this paper is reasonable,and all road performances meet the requirements of the specifications.With the increase of the void fraction,the higher the high-temperature stability and water permeability of PAC-7 are,the worse the low-temperature crack resistance and water stability are.The road performance of the three kinds of fine porous asphalt mixtures varies with the change of their nominal maximum particle size,specifically:when the porosity is consistent,the larger the nominal maximum particle size of the fine porous asphalt mixture,the better its high-temperature stability and water permeability,and the worse its low-temperature crack resistance and water stability.
