地铁列车试车线作业便携式安全预警系统研究

摘　　要：为避免地铁列车试车线作业冲出事故,保障试车线作业安全,研究了一种地铁列车试车线作业便携式安全预警系统。该系统采用基于超宽带(Ultra Wide Band,UWB)的双程双向无线测距技术测量列车距试车线终点的实时距离,结合当前速度,根据列车速度-距离防护曲线实现分级预警,及时提醒司机,并在必要时触发紧急制动,防止列车冲出试车线。系统还具备基于5G的作业监督和评价功能,可分析司机作业的规范程度并生成评价报告,实现对司机作业过程的智慧化管理。系统在深圳地铁某试车线进行了现场试验,测距精度高,效果良好。To avoid the derailment accident during the operation of metro trains on the testing line and guarantee the safety of operation on the testing line,the study has been conducted on a kind of portable safety warning system for operation of metro trains on the testing line.The two-pass bidirectional wireless ranging technology based on the Ultra Wide Band(UWB)is used to measure the real-time distance from the train to the destination of the testing line,realize the hierarchic warning according to the train speed-distance protection curve in combination with the current speed,warn the driver in time and trigger the emergency braking if necessary to prevent the train from rushing off the testing line.The system has also a 5G-based operation supervision and evaluation function which can analyze the degree of standardization of the driver’s operation and generate relevant reports so as to realize the intelligent management of the driver’s operating process.The system has been tested on a testing line in Shenzhen Metro,showing a high ranging precision and a good using effect.
