摘　　要：气候变化致使文化遗产面临严峻的气象灾害威胁,突出了文化遗产灾害风险管理的必要性。以欧盟的文化遗产灾害风险管理跨国合作项目ProteCHt2save为例,回顾研究进展及成果,总结策略的特点和意义,探讨其对我国文化遗产应对灾害风险的启示。欧洲文化遗产灾害风险管理的策略包括Web GIS制图工具、决策支持工具、灾害管理手册、跨国救援队。提议的策略注重技术创新、跨部门和跨领域合作、公众参与意识的提升,对我国完善历史文化遗产保护规划、实现气候变化下的文化遗产可持续性保护具有重要的启示意义。Climate change has posed a serious threat to cultural heritage,highlighting the necessity of disaster risk management for cultural heritage.Taking the European Union’s cross-border cooperation project on cultural heritage disaster risk management,ProteCHt2save,as an example,this paper reviews the research progress and achievements,summarizes the characteristics and significance of the strategies,and explores their implications for China's cultural heritage in responding to disaster risks.The strategies for cultural heritage disaster risk management in Europe include Web GIS mapping tools,decision support tools,cultural heritage management manuals,and multinational rescue teams.The proposed strategies emphasize technological innovation,crossdepartmental and cross-disciplinary cooperation,and the promotion of public participation awareness,providing important insights for China to improve urban historical and cultural heritage protection planning and to achieve sustainable protection of cultural heritage under climate change.
