摘  要:高校学术性质量观与职业性质量观是两种常见的高等教育价值取向,它们之间的关系经历了相对独立、共生发展、分工合作三个时期。在高等教育普及化阶段,协调和处理两种价值取向的关系对于构建多元的高质量高等教育体系显得尤为重要。当前,高校发展区域性特征明显,办学模式多元,专业化水平有所提升,然而与之对应的区域发展不均衡、外部支持不匹配、分级现象明显等问题凸显。学术性质量观与职业性质量观的融合本质在于高等教育职能分工的进一步细化。互利共生、多元共生、适切共生是重塑普及化背景下高等教育质量观的应有之义。The academic quality and vocational values of universities are two common values of higher education.The relationship between the two values has experienced three periods:relative independence,symbiotic development and division of labor.In the stage of the popularization of higher education,it is especially important to coordinate and deal with the relationship between the two value-orientations.At present,the regional characteristics of the development of colleges and universities is obvious,the operating mode is diversified and the level of specialization has been improved,however,the problems such as uneven regional development,mismatch of external support and obvious grading are highlighted.The convergence of academic concept of quality and professional concept of quality lies in the further refinement of the division of functions in higher education.Mutually beneficial symbiosis,multivariate symbiosis and proper symbiosis are the justifications of reinventing the concept of higher education quality in the context of popularization.
