摘  要:2022年11—12月对海南省中职院校护理专业学生进行线上调查,使用单因素方差分析、多重线性回归性分析、结构方程模型探讨中职护理生升学意愿及其影响因素,以期了解海南省中职院校护理学生升学意愿及其影响因素,为海南省高职院校招生及人才培养提供相关依据。结果表明中职学生的主观规范、知觉行为控制是影响其升学意愿的主要因素,应加强学生的主观规范和自身的知觉行为控制因素以期提高海南省中职院校学生的升学意愿。From November to December 2022,questionnaire survey was conducted online among nursing students in Hainan vocational colleges,and one-way analysis of variance,multiple linear regression analysis and structural equation model were used to explore their intention to pursue higher vocational education and its influencing factors.To understand the intention of nursing students in Hainan vocational colleges and its influencing factors,and to provide relevant evidence for the recruitment and talent training of Hainan higher vocational colleges.Results show that the subjective norms and perceived behavioral control of secondary vocational students are the main factors affecting their willingness to study.We should strengthen the subjective norms and perceived behavioral control factors of students in order to improve the students’willingness to study in Hainan vocational colleges.
