摘 要:数字时代的教育变革充满着复杂性和不确定性,动摇着过去看似具有绝对合理性的生存规范和行动原则。身份在某种程度上是社会化概念的延伸和深化,学生身份是学生认知习惯、情感体验和行为方式的集中表征。出生于2010年以后的“α世代”属于复合型世代,是被数字技术和媒介形态深度建构的代际群体,展现出明显不同于与过往群体的代际特征,演化成独具技术特质的“数字代”。他们是数字化时代的典型代表,看似具备群体倾向和世代共性,实则暗含极度差异化的成长特征,经历着由传统受教者向时代引领者、从个体化到单体化的身份变迁。学生身份的世代跨越勾连着数字技术的高度解析,是社会数字化和治理智能化的双重投射,共同演绎当代学生的单体化趋势。这既是教育数字化转型过程中的全新现象,也是当前教育研究需要足够重视却又被忽视的关键议题。“α世代”学生个体的极端差异化与当前教育模式的普遍集体化所引发的新的现实矛盾,需要多重教育主体共同努力,去平衡与弥合二者之间的博弈关系。The educational transformation in the digital age is full of complexity and uncertainty,shaking the seemingly absolute rationality of survival norms and action principles in the past.Identity is to some extent an extension and deepening of the concept of socialization,and student identity is a concentrated representation of students’cognitive habits,emotional experience,and behavioral patterns.Students of the Generation Alpha born after 2010 belong to a composite generation,which is an intergenerational group deeply constructed by digital technology and media forms,showcasing clearly the intergenerational characteristics different from previous groups.It has evolved into a“digital generation”with unique technological characteristics.They are typical representatives of the digital age,seemingly possessing group orientation and generational commonality,while actually implying extremely differentiated growth characteristics.They experience the transformation of identity from traditional learners to leaders of the times,from individualization to monomerization.The generational leap of student identity is closely linked to the high degree analysis of digital technology,which is a dual projection of social digitalization and intelligent governance,interpreting the trend of individualization among contemporary students.This is not only a brand new phenomenon in the digital transformation of education,but also a key issue that current education research needs to pay enough attention to while actually has neglected.The new practical contradiction between the extreme differentiation of students of Generation Alpha and the widespread collectivization of the current education model need to be addressed by the joint efforts of multiple educational entities to balance and bridge the game relationship between the two.
