摘  要:本研究探索建筑企业高管团队特征与国际化程度的关系,并考虑政治关联的调节作用。以高阶梯队理论为基础,站立在统计学的角度,使用OLS回归方法探索建筑企业高管团队特征(年龄、性别、任期、教育水平以及海外经验)对国际化程度的影响,并将政治关联作为调节因素探讨其对高管团队与国际化的作用。研究结果发现:高管团队的平均教育水平越高、女性比例越大、具有海外经验的管理者比例越大,越有利于企业国际化发展;高管团队的平均年龄与国际化程度呈现倒“U”型关系;政治关联会减弱女性比例及海外经验对国际化的积极影响。此外,分位数回归结果也显示了国际化程度在不同分位点时的因素作用关系。研究结论有助于建筑企业实现最佳的高管团队配置,促进其国际化发展。This study explores the relationship between the characteristics of top management team in construction enterprises and the degree of internationalization,and considers the moderating effect of political association.Based on the Upper Echelons Theory and from the perspective of statistics,OLS was used to explore the influence of characteristics(age,gender,tenure,education background and overseas experience)of top management team of construction enterprises on the degree of internationalization,and political relevance was used as a moderating factor to discuss its effect on top management team and internationalization.The results show that the higher the average education background of the top management team,the greater the proportion of women and the greater the proportion of managers with overseas experience,the more conducive to the international development of enterprises;The average age of the top management team shows an inverted U-shaped relationship with the degree of internationalization.Political associations can weaken the positive impact of female representation and foreign experience on internationalization.In addition,quantile regression results also show the relationship between the degree of internationalization at different loci.The conclusion of this study is helpful for construction enterprises to allocate the best top management team and promote their international development.
