民办高等学校教学质量评价体系研究与实践——以延安大学西安创新学院为例

摘　　要：民办高校构建科学高效的教学质量评价体系,涉及面广,难度大。文章以延安大学西安创新学院为例,从实施分类评价制度,深化教师评价改革,坚持五育并举,构建全要素综合评价体系,坚持质量导向,优化人才培养全过程评价等方面介绍了推进陕西省教育评价改革试点建设情况。从搭建5个系统和完善6个运行机制等方面,介绍了学校的教学质量监控与保障体系。The establishment of a scientific and efficient teaching quality evaluation system in private colleges and universities involves a wide range of areas and is difficult.Taking Xi'an Innovation College of Yan'an University as an example,this paper introduces the pilot construction of education evaluation reform in Shaanxi Province from the aspects of implementing the classification evaluation system,deepening the reform of teacher evaluation,adhering to the five educations,building a comprehensive evaluation system for all factors,adhering to quality orientation,and optimizing the evaluation of the whole process of talent training.From the aspects of building 5 systems and improving 6 operating mechanisms,the teaching quality monitoring and guarantee system was introduced.
