摘　　要：高职院校思想政治教育治理体系是高职院校思想政治教育质量提升和内涵式发展的必由之路。高职院校应主动回应“管教式”传统理念、科层制管理架构、分散化教育资源等现实问题,以提升价值理念为前提,以完善组织管理为基础,以构建制度机制为关键,推动治理主体、治理方式和治理机制不断完善,形成思想政治教育治理体系构建的有效路径,全面提升治理效能。The construction of the governance system of ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges is the only way to connotative development of ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges.The construction of the governance system of ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges,should face the practical problems of ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges,such as the traditional concept of"discipline",the bureaucratic management structure,and decentralized educational resources,by promoting the value concept of ideological and political education,optimizing organizational structure and management mode,and constructing the institutional mechanism,so as to improve the main body,mode and mechanism of ideological and political education governance,and to form an effective way to construct the governance system of ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges.
