摘　　要：阐述集成电路专业标准与教学资源库创建模式,面向集成电路的设计与仿真教学实训过程,分析集成电路产业链中的微电子技术人才培养共同体教学实践。This paper describes the professional standards and teaching resource library creation mode for integrated circuits,the design and simulation teaching and training process for integrated circuits,and analyzes the teaching practice of microelectronics technology talent cultivation community in the integrated circuit industry chain.
