摘 要:阐述基于产业链的集成电路人才分类培养策略,分析集成电路产业链的岗位分类模式,包括版图设计、PCB layout工程师、IC验证工程师、集成电路制造及生产,探讨基于产业链的集成电路教学实践,针对岗位能力分类实施不同的课程教学体系,实施递进式的岗位技能教学方式,采用集成电路工艺虚拟仿真教学平台,构建校企深度互融和企业真实环境的学习情景。This paper describes the integrated circuit talent classification and training strategy based on the industrial chain,and analyzes the job classification mode of the integrated circuit industry chain,including layout design,PCB layout engineer,IC verification engineer,integrated circuit manufacturing and production.It explores the integrated circuit teaching practice based on the industrial chain,implements different course teaching systems for job ability classification,implements a progressive job skill teaching method,adopts an integrated circuit process virtual simulation teaching platform,and constructs a learning scenario of deep integration between schools and enterprises and a real enterprise environment.
