一引二点三推模式在推拿教学中的实践——以推拿功法学小工具辅助创新训练为例

摘  要:基层教学组织建设“一引二点三推”模式就是以教师“教”、学生“学”、“教与学”的教学主体,“引”出高水平的基层教学团队、“点”出适应时代发展的人才培养体系、“推”出服务社会的教学延展平台,以夯实基层教学组织单元,为基层教学组织建设创建新模式。以推拿功法学小工具辅助创新训练为例,探索一引二点三推模式的实际运行方式,总结教学方法和实践经验,以期为一引二点三推模式在教学中的推广应用打下基础,为其他学科基层教学组织建设提供参考。The model of“the first guiding,the second igniting and the third promoting”for the construction of grass-roots teaching organizations is based on teachers’“teaching”,students’“learning”and“teaching and learning”.The aim is to create a new model for the construction of grass-roots teaching organizations by introducing a high-level grass-roots teaching team,developing a talent training system to meet the development of the times,and launching a teaching extension platform to serve the society.Taking Tuina exercise with gadget-assisted innovation training as an example,the authors explored the actual operation of the“the first guiding,the second igniting and the third promoting”model and summarized the teaching methods and practical experience,with a view to laying a foundation for the application of the“the first guiding,the second igniting and the third promoting”model in teaching,and providing reference for the construction of grassroots teaching organizations in other disciplines.
