摘  要:目的以岗位胜任力为导向、以实践能力提升为目标、以中医执业医师实践技能考核为依据,开展经络腧穴学实践技能三站式阶段性考核,提高课程育人成效。方法经络腧穴学实践技能考核分为经脉循行与病候、腧穴定位与归经、腧穴解剖与刺法三站内容,分别在第10教学周和第18教学周进行阶段性考核,考核成绩占课程成绩的30%。结果实施三站式阶段性实践技能考核实验班学生在期末课程结业考试、针灸技能竞赛等测评中,成绩显著提高,明显高于对照班(P<0.05)。结论对经络腧穴学实践课程进行多元化设计,优化考核评价方法,可以提高课程教学质量,值得进一步推广应用。Objective Guided by post competency,aiming at improving practical ability,and based on the examination of practical skills of traditional Chinese medicine,three-station stage practical skill examination of meridian and acupoint science was carried out to improve the effectiveness of curriculum education.Methods The practical skills examination of meridian and acupoint science is composed of three parts of meridian circulation and symptoms of disease,acupoint location and meridian distribution,anatomical structure of acupoint and needling method,which were carried out in the 10th and 18th teaching weeks respectively and exam marks account for 30% of the whole course grade.Results Students in the experimental class of three-station stage practical skills examination have made remarkable achievements in the final course examination,acupuncture skills competition and other exams.It was significantly higher than those in control class(P<0.05).Conclusion The diversified design of the practical course of meridian and acupoint science,the optimization of examination and evaluation methods can improve the quality of course teaching.It deserves further promotion and application.
