摘　　要：针对湖湘中医人才培养中存在的湖湘特色不显、经典领悟不透、四诊技能不熟、辨证思维不强、科研创新不足等问题,湖南中医药大学中医诊断学教学团队以“湖湘中医人才培养”为特色,以“精品课程建设、教学平台建设”为抓手,以“临床操作能力、辨证思维能力、科研创新能力”为培养目标,构建了基于“一特色二抓手三能力”的全方位湖湘中医人才培养模式。实践检验发现,通过此特色培养模式能有效提升学校影响力与中医人才培养质量。以湖湘中医精神为引领,开展课程教育、实践教育,改革教学模式,更有利于进行高层次、高素质的特色中医人才培养。In view of the problems in the cultivation of Hunan traditional Chinese medicine talents,such as the lack of Hunan characteristics,the lack of understanding of classics,the lack of familiarity with the four diagnostic skills,the lack of strong dialectical thinking,and the lack of scientific research innovation,the teaching team of diagnostics of traditional Chinese medicine of Hunan University of Chinese Medicine took“Hunan Traditional Chinese Medicine Talent Cultivation”is featured,with“quality curriculum construction,teaching platform construction”as the starting point,with“clinical operation ability,syndrome differentiation thinking ability,scientific research innovation ability”as the training goal,and the construction based on“one feature,two hands and three capabilities”comprehensive Hunan traditional Chinese medicine talent training model.The practice test found that under this characteristic training mode,the influence of the school and the quality of traditional Chinese medicine personnel training can be effectively improved,and the development of curriculum education,practice education,and reform of the teaching mode under the guidance of the spirit of Hunan traditional Chinese medicine is more conducive to high-level and high-quality traditional Chinese medicine,the cultivation of characteristic Chinese medicine talents.
