摘　　要：现代秘书学研究具有明显的跨学科特征,表现在三方面:一是秘书学从一开始就是一种综合性知识体系;二是秘书学暗含着生成新的学科知识的黏结性和途径;三是秘书学一直在借鉴、汲取、融合其他学科的理论与方法。秘书学跨学科研究的核心不是秘书知识本身,而是问题。这种研究强调以研究目标、研究任务的整体协调合作为基本手段,利用跨学科的知识和方法研究并解决秘书领域的复杂问题。总之,跨学科研究是新时代秘书学发展的必然趋势。The research of modern secretarial science has obvious interdisciplinary characteristics,which are manifested in three aspects:First,Secretarial science is a comprehensive knowledge system from the beginning.Second,Secretary study implies cohesiveness and a way to generate new subject knowledge.Third,Secretarial science has been learning from,absorbing,integrating theories and methods of other disciplines.The core of interdisciplinary research in Secretarial science is not its knowledge but the problem.This kind of research emphasizes the overall coordination and cooperation of research objectives and tasks as the basic means,and uses interdisciplinary knowledge and methods to study and solve complex problems in the field of Secretary.In short,interdisciplinary research is the inevitable trend of the development of Secretarial science in the new era.
