摘 要:盾构隧道拼装管片的上浮一直是盾构隧道施工中的技术难题。随着盾构法隧道施工技术的发展和规范的要求,管片上浮引起的拼装困难和防水隐患等问题对施工和运营的影响日益凸显,并直接影响到工程质量。管片上浮主要是管片在施工开挖的复杂的因素作用下,失去抗浮能力导致的。至今的研究表明,导致盾构隧道管片发生上浮的因素很多,如地质水文条件、卸土、注浆不均及盾构姿态控制等。以上海轨道交通2号线西延段盾构隧道工程为背景,通过对管片上浮的理论研究,得出了描述管片上浮与相关因素的定量关系,为消除盾构隧道管片在推进过程中的上浮、确保施工精度、提高工程质量提供了理论依据。The floating of shield tunnel assembled segment is always a technological problem in the shield tunnel construction.With the development of the shield tunneling technology and the requirements of the standard,the problems of assembling difficulties and waterproof hidden danger caused by the floating of segments increasingly influence the construction and operation,and directly affect the engineering quality.The segment floating is mainly caused by the complex factors of segments without the anti-floating capacity during the construction and excavation.The current research shows that there are many factors causing the floating of shield tunnel segments,such as geological and hydrological conditions,soil unloading,non-uniform mortar casting and shield gesture control.Taking Shanghai Metro Line 2 West Extension Shield Tunnel Project as the background,through the theoretical analysis on the segment floating,the quantitative relationship between the segment floating and the relevant factor is obtained,which provides the theoretical basis for eliminating the floating of shield tunnel segments during tunneling,ensuring the construction precision and improving the engineering quality.
