摘 要:运用文献资料、实地调查和专家访谈等方法,梳理我国学校体育运动技能教学的发展历程及现状,并提出优化路径。我国学校体育运动技能教学经历了初步探索、调整巩固、改革转型、全面提高四个发展阶段。现状:政策规划不够协调,指导力度不够细致;教学方法运用不当,指导过程缺乏重点;场地器材不够充足,师资力量有待提升;评价体系不够完善,缺少组合动作评估。路径:系统制定政策要求,明确工作关键点;加强方法理论学习,完善教学实施过程;改造场地充实器材,提升体育师资水平;完善教学评价体系,开展动态组合评价。By using the methods of literature review,fi eld investigation and expert interview,this paper reviewed the development history and current situation of sports skills teaching in school physical education in China,and put forward the optimization path.The teaching of sports skills in school physical education in China has experienced four stages of development:initial exploration,adjustment and consolidation,reform and transformation,and overall improvement.Current situation:The policy planning is not coordinated enough,and guidance is not detailed enough.The teaching method is not used properly and the instruction process lacks focus.The venues and equipment are not sufficient,and the teaching staff needs to be improved.The evaluation system is not perfect enough and lacks combination action evaluation.Path:We should systematically formulate policy requirements and clarify key work points,strengthen the study of methods and theories to improve the process of teaching implementation,renovate the venue to enrich equipment and enhance the level of teaching staff,and improve the teaching evaluation system to carry out dynamic combination evaluation.
