摘　　要：偏头痛是一种常见的慢性神经血管性疾患,是世界上比较严重的致残性疾病之一。在我国偏头痛的发病率可达9.3%[1]。在美国,偏头痛的患病率大约15%[2]。世界范围内,偏头痛影响15%到18%的人口[3]。偏头痛除了疾病本身对身体造成的伤害之外,还可以导致患者认知功能下降、伴发焦虑抑郁甚至导致缺血性脑卒中发作。Migraine is a common neurovascular disorder.It attracts an increasing amount of attention because of its high incidence and disability.However,its treatment remains to be explored due to the complicate and undefined mechanism.The trigeminal ganglia(TG)primary sensory neurons play an important role in the occurrence and development of migraine and is a critical entry point to prevent and treat migraine.Here,we summarize the current understanding of TG primary sensory neurons in migraine.After the ion channels in the TG is opened,the synapses release neuropeptides(such as substance P and calcitonin gene-related peptide)into the synaptic gaps.Neuropeptides can further promote sterile inflammation reaction and cause vasodilation of the dura mater,exacerbating migraine.
