摘 要:目的探讨应用临床路径教学法在小儿呼吸内科临床带教中的应用效果,分析对教学质量、成果的影响。方法选取2021年1月—2022年12月临沭县人民医院儿科50名临床实习生为研究对象,根据抽签法分组,保持均衡性1∶1,划分为对照组、观察组,各25名。对照组采取常规临床带教模式,观察组构建临床路径教学方案并应用。对比两组考核成绩、综合能力、教学质量评分。结果观察组实习生理论成绩、实践成绩及总分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。带教结束后,观察组实习生各项综合能力评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。带教结束后,观察组各方面教学质量评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小儿呼吸内科临床带教中应用临床路径教学法效果优越,该方式可提高教学质量和效率,有助于提升实习生综合能力,促进理论、实践的融合,教学认可度较高。Objective To explore the application effect of clinical path teaching method in clinical teaching of pediatric respiratory medicine,to analyze the impact on teaching quality and outcomes.Methods Fifty clinical interns from the Department of Pediatrics of Linshu County People's Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into a control group and an observation group,with a balance of 1:1,based on the method of drawing lots.Each group had 25 interns.The control group adopts a conventional clinical teaching mode,while the observation group constructs a clinical pathway teaching plan and applies it.Compared the assessment scores,comprehensive abilities,and teaching quality scores between the two groups.Results The theoretical,practical,and total scores of the observation group interns were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the teaching,the comprehensive ability scores of the observation group interns were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the teaching,the scores in all aspects of teaching quality of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of clinical path teaching method in clinical teaching of pediatric respiratory medicine has excellent results.This method can improve the quality and efficiency of teaching,help improve the comprehensive ability of interns,promote the integration of theory and practice,and have a high degree of teaching recognition.
