两种常见致病菌在模拟胃肠道环境下的耐受性研究

摘  要:探究鼠伤寒沙门氏菌和金黄色葡萄球菌在酸性、胆盐环境及人工胃肠液下的存活情况。采用活菌计数法,分别在模拟胃肠道环境下测定鼠伤寒沙门氏菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的活菌数量。结果表明,鼠伤寒沙门氏菌和金黄色葡萄球菌能耐受一定的酸性环境,鼠伤寒沙门氏菌对胆盐环境具有较好的耐受性,而金黄色葡萄球菌对胆盐环境的耐受性较差。另外,鼠伤寒沙门氏菌和金黄色葡萄球菌对人工胃液均具有较好的耐受性;鼠伤寒沙门氏菌在人工肠液中能适应性繁殖,而金黄色葡萄球菌对人工肠液的耐受性较差。可见,鼠伤寒沙门氏菌和金黄色葡萄球菌均有可能通过胃酸环境抵达肠道,从而发挥致病作用。而且,鼠伤寒沙门氏菌还能在肠道环境中进行适应性繁殖。To investigate the survival of Salmonella typhimurium and Staphylococcus aureus under acid,bile salt and artificial gastroenteric fluid.Salmonella typhimurium and Staphylococcus aureus were measured in simulated gastrointestinal environment by viable bacteria count method.The results showed that Salmonella typhimurium and Staphylococcus aureus could tolerate certain acidic environment.Salmonella typhimurium had good tolerance to bile salt environment,while Staphylococcus aureus had poor tolerance to bile salt environment.In addition,both Salmonella typhimurium and Staphylococcus aureus had good tolerance to artificial gastric fluid,and Salmonella typhimurium could reproduce in artificial intestinal fluid,while Staphylococcus aureus had poor tolerance to artificial intestinal fluid.It can be seen that Salmonella typhimurium and Staphylococcus aureus are likely to reach the intestine through the gastric acid environment,thus playing a pathogenic role.In addition,Salmonella typhimurium can adapt to the intestinal environment for adaptive reproduction.
