粮油质量安全快速检测方法研究进展

摘　　要：粮油质量安全关系国计民生,粮油质量安全检测是确保粮油质量安全的有效手段。传统的质检方法存在不足之处,对于现场监测或大批量样品收购等一些需要快速得到检验结果的情况,需使用粮油快速检测方法。本文综述了目前国内粮油快速检测方法的研究进展,分析了目前粮油快速检测研究存在的问题及未来发展方向,以供参考。Grain and oil quality and safety is related to the national economy and people’s livelihood,and grain and oil quality and safety testing is an effective means to ensure the quality and safety of grain and oil.The traditional quality inspection methods have shortcomings,for on-site monitoring or acquisition of large samples and other situations that require rapid test results,the use of rapid testing methods for grain and oil.This paper summarizes the current domestic research progress of rapid detection methods for grain and oil,and analyzes the current problems and future development direction of rapid detection of grain and oil for reference.
