摘  要:沃柑在采后受外界温度影响极易发生品质劣变,冷链物流技术能够有效保持农产品的新鲜度,包括色泽、风味和营养品质,故研究沃柑保鲜防腐防霉方法具有重要意义。本文梳理了国内外全程冷链物流环节技术对沃柑品质保鲜防腐防霉作用的研究现状,总结了我国果蔬农产品保鲜技术的研究进展及存在的不足,并提出加强对关键技术的研究、建立多种体制机制、创建果蔬保鲜相关标准规范和质检措施等对策,以期切实提高沃柑保鲜防腐防霉技术水平。Orah mandarin is prone to quality deterioration after harvest due to the influence of external temperature.Cold chain logistics technology can effectively maintain the freshness of agricultural products,including color,flavor,and nutritional quality.Therefore,studying the preservation,anti-corrosion,and mold prevention methods of Orah mandarin is of great significance.This article summarizes the current research status of the full process cold chain logistics technology at home and abroad on the quality,preservation,anti-corrosion,and anti mold effects of Orah mandarin.It summarizes the research progress and shortcomings of fruit and vegetable agricultural product preservation technology in China,and proposes strategies such as strengthening research on key technologies,establishing multiple institutional mechanisms,creating standards,specifications,and quality inspection measures related to fruit and vegetable preservation,in order to effectively improve the level of Orah mandarin preservation,anti-corrosion,and anti mold technology.
