摘 要:随着科技的发展和生活水平的提高,人们对食品包装材料的安全性要求越来越高。纸质食品包装材料由于其环保、可再生等优点,在食品包装行业中得到了广泛应用。然而,纸质食品包装材料中可能含有的化学物质对食品的安全性和人体健康构成了潜在威胁。本文从对纸质食品包装材料进行化学物检测研究的重要性入手,详细分析了采用纸质食品包装材料的优势和问题,明确了纸质食品包装材料在食品中可能残留的化学物类型,并对纸质食品包装材料化学物检测的主要技术进行了详细探讨。With the development of technology and the improvement of people’s living standards,the safety requirements for food packaging materials are becoming increasingly high.Paper food packaging materials have been widely used in the food packaging industry due to their advantages such as environmental protection and renewability.However,the chemical substances that may be present in paper food packaging materials pose a potential threat to the safety of food and human health.This article starts with the importance of chemical detection research on paper food packaging materials,analyzes in detail the advantages and problems of using paper food packaging materials,clarifies the types of chemicals that may remain in paper food packaging materials in food,and discusses in detail the main technologies for chemical detection of paper food packaging materials.
