摘  要:智能制造创新人才的培养是高校工科类专业改造升级面临的重要任务。针对人才培养中存在的知识领域过于单一、校企合作深度不足、工程创新欠缺实践等问题,构建了智能制造人才培养课程体系,并从智能制造创新实践基地建设、“3+1”校企合作育人模式建设、双师型教师队伍建设等多方面强化校企合作,构建实践创新体系,开展多途径的创新能力培养,取得了较好的实践效果。The cultivation of intelligent manufacturing innovative talents is an important task facing the transformation and upgrading of engineering majors in universities.Focusing on problems existing in talents training such as simple knowledge,insufficient university-enterprise cooperation,and lack of practice in engineering innovation,the curriculum system of intelligent manufacturing student training was constructed,and the university-enterprise cooperation was strengthened.Through the construction of intelligent manufacturing innovation practice base,“3+1”university-enterprise cooperation education mode,and the double qualified teacher team,a practical innovation system was built,and the cultivation of students’innovation ability was carried out,which achieves good results.
