基于产业需求的高职院校产业学院共生模式研究

摘　　要：随着高职院校与企业紧密合作,逐步打造“产教融合、学用结合”的新型教学模式。该文探讨了基于产业需求的高职院校产业学院共生模式,提出了产业学院的设置、产教融合的实现和高校企业合作机制的建立共三个关键点,高职院校应根据不同的产业特点,灵活调整课程设置和人才培养方案,以满足不同产业对人才的需求,通过产业需求的高职院校产业学院共生模式的实现需要高职院校、企业和政府三方面的积极配合,逐步实现人才培养和产业发展的良性循环。With the close cooperation between higher vocational colleges and industrial enterprises,a new teaching mode of“integration of industry and education and combination of learning and application”is gradually created.This paper discusses the symbiosis model of industry colleges based on industrial demands,and proposes three key points:the setting of industry colleges,the realisation of industry-education integration and the establishment of industry-enterprise cooperation mechanisms.It requires the active cooperation of higher vocational colleges,industrial enterprises and the government to gradually realise the virtuous cycle of talent training and industrial development.
