乡村振兴战略背景下广西农副产品加工小微企业创新成长能力比较优势研究——基于南宁市调研数据分析

摘　　要：小微企业创新成长是企业自身因素与企业所处政治、经济、社会文化、技术和自然环境等因素共同作用的结果。文章通过对广西农副产品加工小微企业与工业、建筑业、医药业、批发零售业、住宿餐饮业、纺织服装业、电子信息业和其他行业9个行业的小微企业在创新成长方面开展问卷调查,根据其抗风险能力、持续盈利能力、同行业竞争力、创新发展能力的表现,以及企业原发性程度、信息化程度和企业高管学历等方面的比较分析,得出了广西农副产品加工小微企业创新成长能力比较优势和不足之处。提出在乡村振兴战略背景下广西农副产品加工小微企业创新成长路径:立足资源禀赋与区位优势推动其高质量发展;引导农副产品加工小微企业集群建设;助推区域协同创新网络与信息化技术提升;发挥行业协会与商会在把握市场走势、共享资讯等方面的灵活优势;通过人才管理创新驱动助力企业转型升级。The innovation and growth of small and micro enterprises are the result of the interaction of several factors,including the enterprise itself and the political,economic,social,cultural,technological,and natural environment in which the enterprise operates.The paper conducts a questionnaire survey on the innovation and growth ability of Guangxi small and micro enterprises in nine industries,which compares agricultural and sideline products processing with industry,construction industry,medical industry,wholesale and retail industry,accom-modation and catering industry,textile and garment industry,electronic information industry and others.Through a comparative analysis of risk resistance,sustained profitability,industry competitiveness,innovation and develop-ment capabilities,as well as the degree of originality,informationization,and educational background of enterprise executives,the paper analyzes the comparative advantages and disadvantages of innovation and growth capabilities of Guangxi small and micro enterprises engaged in agricultural and sideline products processing.It puts forward the paths for the innovation and growth of these enterprises in the context of the rural revitalization strategy:leveraging resource endowment and locational advantages to promote High-quality development;guiding the construction of clusters of agricultural and sideline product processing small and micro enterprises;facilitating regional collaborative innovation networks and the application of information technology;utilizing the flexible advantages of industry associations and chambers of commerce in understanding market trends and sharing information;and driving enterprise transformation and upgrading through innovative talent management.
