摘  要:本文研究了液压减振器的分类和应用特点。以液压减振器为例,对其进行了性能稳定性影响因素探讨。对减振器常见的故障案例进行分析,得到常见故障出现的比例;针对频发故障进行了检修方面原因分析,提出减振器使用建议。通过综合分析表明,减振器零件结构的老化、磨损、变性等因素大范围的影响着减振器的性能,油液特性及环境温度对液压减振器阻尼特性有较大的影响,而减振器本身的结构参数对性能的影响有限。The classification and application characteristics of hydraulic shock absorber are studied in this paper.Taking hydraulic shock absorber as an example,the influence factors of its performance stability are discussed.The common failure cases of shock absorber are analyzed,and the proportion of common failure is obtained.In view of frequent failures,the reasons for maintenance are analyzed,and the suggestions on the use of shock absorber are put forward.The comprehensive analysis shows that the aging,wear,degeneration and other factors of the structure of the shock absorber have a wide range of influence on the performance of the shock absorber,the oil characteristics and environmental temperature have a great impact on the damping characteristics of the hydraulic shock absorber,and the structural parameters of the shock absorber itself have a limited impact on the performance.
