大学生公体课程评教现实及治理研究——以G学院为例

摘　　要：该文以政策导向为引领,应用文献资料整合法、调查法等,深入剖析当下民办高校大学生公体课程评教过程中价值指向异化的现实问题,并提出治理思路,为高校公共体育教学高质量发展开拓新局面。结果发现,大学生评教制度的应用是一把“双刃剑”,时下大学生评教过程中存在拉帮结派恶意评教、形式主义评教、评教结果行政化等现象,需真正助力学生权益维护和进一步掌握学情,增进师生深度沟通和提升教学质量的价值指向弱化。研究认为,结合学校、教师、学生三者实际,从大学生评教问卷设计、实施过程、监督体系、结果应用等方面入手,形成有效的学科化评教治理体系迫在眉睫。Guided by policy orientation,this paper uses the literature integration method and the survey method to deeply analyze the current practical problems of value-oriented alienation in the teaching evaluation process of public sports courses for colleges students in private colleges and universities,and puts forward governance ideas,so as to open up a new situation for the high-quality development of public physical education teaching in colleges and universities.It is found that the application of the teaching evaluation system of college students is a"double-edged sword",and that there are phenomena such as malicious teaching evaluation by gangs,formalistic teaching evaluation and the administerization teaching evaluation results in the process of the teaching evaluation of college students,which truly helps students protect their rights and interests and further grasp the academic situation,enhance the in-depth communication between teachers and students,and improve the weakening of the value orientation of teaching quality.The study believes that it is urgent to form an effective discipline-oriented teaching evaluation governance system in combination with the actual conditions of schools,teachers and students from the aspects of the questionnaire design,implementation process,supervision system and the application of results of the teaching evaluation of college students.
