摘  要:北京师范大学实验小学是一所社会公认的优质学校,笔者2000年开始任职该校校长,至今已有23年。任职之初,面对教师对自身的能力评估较低、对学校未来发展前景不太乐观的情况,笔者尝试与教师在思想上达成共识,稳定教师情绪,赢得教师的信任与支持,使他们克服职业倦怠,成为学校的“共创者”;延续学校的“实验”特色,重视教师研究意识和能力的提升,建立校本研修体系;拓宽教师思路,将国外访学与辐射西部支教相结合,促进教师大视野、高站位发展,探索出了让优质教师更优的教师发展道路。Experimental Primary School of Beijing Normal University is a socially recognized high-quality school.The author was appointed as the principal of the school in 2000,and it has been for 23 years so far.At the beginning,facing with teachers'low self-assessment of their abilities and their pessimistic outlook on the future development prospects of the school,the author tries to reach a consensus with teachers in thought,stabilize their emotions,win their trust and support,and help them overcome job burnout and become"co-creators"of the school.It is necessary to continue the school's"experimental"characteristics,attach importance to the improvement of teachers'research awareness and abilities,establish a school-based research and training system;broaden teachers'thinking,combine overseas visiting and learning with teaching support in the western region,promote teachers'development with a broad vision and a high stance,and explore the way for teacher development that makes high-quality teachers become even better.
