摘  要:提出一种基于试纸的比色方法用于人工食品色素(Artificial food colorants, AFCs)可视化即时检验。通过脲基硅烷偶联剂在玻纤滤纸表面的缩聚一步制得试纸,萃取AFCs后即得颜色梯度与AFCs浓度梯度对应的比色卡,据此实现AFCs半定量比色分析。结果表明,所得试纸具有极佳的可着色性,AFCs着色浓度低至10-6M,且整个比色测定过程在0.5 min内完成。最终该试纸被成功地用于实际饮料样品中AFCs的可视化检测,测定结果与仪器分析技术高度一致。An indicator paper-based colorimetric assay was proposed for visual point-of-care tests(POCTs)of AFCs.The indicator papers were prepared in one-step by the polycondensation of ureido group-contained silane coupling agents onto glass microfiber filter paper,and the colorimetric cards with fine color mappings to AFCs concentration gradients were obtained via AFCs extraction by indicator papers,and the semiquantitative colorimetry was consequently achieved.The experimental findings showed that the presented indicator papers were of superb colorability with a colorable concentration of AFCs as low as the level of 10-6 M,enabling to fast end the whole POCTs process within 0.5 min.Finally,the indicator papers were successfully applied to the visual detection of AFCs in real beverage samples,and the results were highly consistent with those of instrumental techniques.
