摘 要:自20世纪60年代以来,我国饲料产业以突飞猛进的速度取得了显著成果,但是本土饲料资源短缺、饲料原料进口依存度高、未来产需缺口大等现实困境严重制约了我国饲料行业的发展,而新型饲料资源开发作为助力饲料产业走出发展困境的重要途径已成为决定水产养殖产业发展与扩大的重要课题。生物饲料技术通过微生物和酶制剂对饲料原料进行预处理以增加原料的营养价值和适口性,同时消除抗营养因子等有害物质,从而实现对常规原料的提质增效和非常规原料的变废为宝。因此,本文针对近年来生物处理蛋白原料在水产饲料中开展的研究进行综述,以期对未来生物饲料的发展提供理论指导。Since the 1960s,China’s feed industry has made remarkable achievements swiftly and vigorously,but now it is constrained seriously by domestic feed resources shortage,high dependence on imported ingredients,and the large demand gap in the future.In this case,as one of the important ways to help the feed industry out of the dilemma,the development of new feed resources has become an important issue in determining the development and expansion of the aquaculture industry..Biological feed technology is the pre-treatment of feed ingredients by using microorganisms and enzymes to increase the nutritional value and palatability of raw materials,while eliminate harmful substances such as anti-nutritional factors.The ultimate goal is to enhance the utility of conventional raw materials and turn non-conventional raw materials from useless to useful.Therefore,the review of the research on bio-processed protein ingredients in aquafeeds in recent years were presented,with a view to providing theoretical guidance for the future development of biological feeds.
