摘　　要：中等职业教育是我国现阶段教育的重要组成部分,对于提高劳动者素质具有重要意义。本文以CLDS的调查数据为基础,考察中等职业教育和不同类型的技能培训对劳动者工资收入的影响及其机制。以人力资本投资理论和企业内部劳动力市场理论分析中等职业教育的工资市场回报和内在机制。研究发现,控制其他条件不变,相较于普通高中毕业生,中等职业教育能够显著提高劳动者的工资收入约6.6%。考虑到模型的内生性问题,采用KVIV的估计方法进行分析,结果依然显著且稳健。异质性分析发现,中等职业教育对提高农民工收入效果不明显。进一步理论分析表明:从事高技能工作和获得职位晋升是影响中等职业教育劳动者工资收入的两个关键渠道,并通过中介效应模型进行检验。基于此,从政府、院校、企业多角度提出促进中等职业教育发展的政策建议。Vocational education at the secondary level is an essential component of education in China and it is of great significance for improving the quality of laborers.Based on data from the CLDS survey,this article examines the influence and mechanisms of middlelevel vocational education and different types of skills training on workers wage income,Based on the theory of human capital investment and the internal labor market theory of enterprises,the article analyzes the wage market returns and internal mechanisms of secondary voca-tional education.The research findings indicate that,controlling for other factors,middle-level vocational education can significantly increase workers'wage income by approximately 6.6%compared to high school graduates.To address endogeneity concerns,the analysis employs the IV(instrumental variable)estimation method,yielding robust and significant results.Heterogeneity analysis reveals that secondary voca-tional education has no obvious effect on increasing the income of migrant workers.Further theoretical analysis suggests that engaging in high-skilled work and achieving job promotions are two key channels affecting wage income for middle-level vocational education work-ers,which is confirmed through mediation effect models.Based on these findings,this article proposes policy recommendations to promote the development of middle-level vocational education from the perspectives of government,educational institutions,and enterprises.
