感性之“力”:社会工作视野中的情感想象及反思

摘　　要：社会工作作为人际互动型职业,情感乃其内在构成。科技—理性范式对社会工作的主宰持续激荡起社会工作对情感的想象,并生产出关系—情感的反思性路径。在社会工作视野中,情感呈现出多元化的意象,隐喻多重感性的力量。作为治疗实践的关系底蕴,情感表征社会工作实践的“动力”;作为社会工作教育与学习过程的反思性载体,情感承载着行动者的专业能力;作为劳动过程背后的意识形态与劳动者的主体策略,情感意味着制度性的“迫力”与主体性的“权力”。多重感性之“力”的意象背后融合了情感与专业、情感与主体、情感与体制之间的争论与辩证关系。西方社会工作视野中的情感想象打开了本土社会工作理论想象力的“情感”之窗,进一步拓展了本土社会工作专业实践更丰富多元的面向。Social work is an interactive profession,and emotions are the inherent structure of social work.The control of the technology-rationality paradigm inspired the imagination about the emotions in social work continuously,producing a reflective path of relationship-emotion.In the field of social work,the emotions represent multiple facets,with a metaphor of several sensitive power.As the relationship of treatment practice,emotion represents the motivation of social work practice;the reflective carrier in the process of social work education and learning,bearing the professional capacity of the actors;as the ideology behind the labor process and the subjective strategy of workers,emotion means the institutional force and the power of subjectivity.Behind the image of force of multiple sensibility,there are disputes and dialectical relations between emotion and profession,emotion and subject,emotion and system.The emotional imagination in the western social work perspective opens the emotional window of the local social work theory imagination,and further expands the more diversified aspects of the local social work professional practice.
