摘　　要：随着职业教育进入全面深化改革、提高质量内涵的新阶段,高职院校行政管理能力水平的高低,将直接影响院校的高质量发展。高职院校行政管理能力现代化提升要将坚持和加强党的全面领导、深入推进依法治校、提升信息化建设水平和现代职业教育体系内涵等要素全方位融入,构建现代职业院校治理结构,完善现代办学治校制度体系,形成全面依法治校工作格局,建立高素质高水平管理队伍。As vocational education has entered the new stage of comprehensively deepening reform and improving quality connotation,the administrative management ability in higher vocational colleges will directly affect the high-quality development of colleges.The modernization of administrative management in higher vocational colleges should adhere to and strengthen the overall leadership of the CPC,further promote the rule of law and improve the level of information construction and the connotation of modern vocational education system.We should construct the governance structure of modern vocational colleges,improve the system of modern school management,form a comprehensive pattern of school management by law,and establish a high-quality and high-level management team.
