摘  要:随着经济社会对技能人才的高要求与高标准,培养高素质技能人才成为高职亟需破解的难题。高职校企合作育人是时代的呼吁,也是适应步伐加快的经济结构调整和产业升级的校企联动。目前高职校企合作育人面临“合”而难为,“合”而浅为,“合”而无恒的现实困境。基于博弈语境,以高职校企合作育人为主线,综合运用“囚徒困境”、交易成本和委托人与代理人等理论探析高职校企合作育人逻辑意蕴,提出摆脱非合作困境、节约交易成本和厘清委托代理关系等策略,以助力实现平衡行为主体利益关系,提升校企协同聚力,促进校企双赢。With the high requirements and high standards of economic society for skilled talents,training high-quality skilled talents has become an urgent problem for higher vocational colleges.School-enterprise cooperation in higher vocational colleges is the call of the times,but also to adapt to the accelerated pace of economic restructuring and industrial upgrading of the school-enterprise linkage.At present,higher vocational school-enterprise cooperative education is facing the reality dilemma of“cooperation”and difficult to do,“cooperation”and shallow to do,“cooperation”and no constant.Based on the game context,with the main line of higher vocational school-enterprise cooperative education,we comprehensively use the theories of“Prisoner's Dilemma”,transaction cost and principal and agent to analyze the logical implications of higher vocational school-enterprise cooperative education,and put forward the strategies of getting rid of non-cooperative dilemma,saving transaction cost and clarifying the principal-agent relationship,so as to achieve the balance of interests of the actors,Enhance the school-enterprise synergy and promote the win-win situation of schools and enterprises.
