摘 要:“00后”学生主体和职业世界客观环境的变化,对职业生涯教育本土化建设提出新要求。根据扎根理论,对41所高校职业生涯咨询特色工作室建设的总结报告进行数据编码和质性分析,探究其共性特质。立足典型案例的鲜活成果,深入剖析职业生涯咨询特色工作室在队伍建设、活动开展和咨询服务方面的关键性成功经验。由此提出建设一体化生涯教育体系、开发校本化生涯教育课程、打造专业化生涯教育队伍的三个可行性策略,为我国职业生涯教育的本土化建设提供参考和借鉴。The changing dynamics of the“post-2000”generation of students and the objective environment of the professional world pose new requirements for the localization construction of career education.Based on the grounded theory,this paper conducts data coding and qualitative analysis on the summary reports of the construction of career counseling studios in 41 higher education institutions,and explores their common characteristics.Based on the vivid results of typical cases,the key successful experiences in team building,activity development and consulting services of career consulting studios are thoroughly analyzed.As a result,this paper puts forward three feasible strategies including constructing an integrated career education system,developing school-based career education courses and building a professional career education team,which can provide references for the localization construction of career education in China.
