德国巴符州双元制大学人才培养模式及其镜鉴

摘　　要：巴符州双元制大学(DHBW)是德国第一所州立双元制大学,高等应用型人才培养经验深厚。DHBW以能力为导向实施双元人才培养,提出5维能力模型,创建双元学习特色方案,实施以能力为导向的卓越教学和考试方式。为促进以能力为导向的双元人才培养,DHBW建立了一支庞大的双元伙伴和兼职教师队伍,进行质量认证并健全质量保证体系,以多样化方式提高教师教学能力。DHBW以能力为导向的双元人才培养模式对建构我国职业本科人才培养模式具有积极借鉴价值。Baden-Wurttemberg Cooperative State University(DHBW)is the first state university of cooperative education in Germany,with extensive experience in training of advanced application-oriented talents.DHBW implements dual-system talent development with a focus on competencies,has proposed a 5-dimensional competency model,has establishes a featured dual-system learning program,and implements competency-oriented excellent teaching and examination methods.To promote competency-oriented dual-system talent development,DHBW has built a large team of dual-system partners and adjunct teachers,obtained quality certificates,established a robust quality assurance system,and improved teachers'teaching capabilities through diverse approaches.The competency-oriented dual-system talent training mode of DHBW has positive reference value for constructing vocational undergraduate talent training mode in China.
