微创业项目驱动地方院校大学生专业实践与创新能力培养

摘　　要：在我国经济快速发展与高等教育普化及的背景下,地方高校人才专业实践和创新能力的培养竞争愈发激烈。该文选取江西省五所地方本科院校2019—2021届毕业生就业质量年度报告数据进行统计,分析地方本科院校人才培养现状。基于人才培养中专业知识是专业能力获得的根本,政府和企业是能力获取的重要资源,创新思维是人才创新能力的核心的观点,构建微创业项目驱动的人才专业实践与创新能力培养的改革方案。鼓励师资主动转型,整合政府、企业及校内科研实践资源,从实践生产和社会发展需求中提炼细微领域创新实践项目,融入到专业课程核心知识点的教学中,重构学生专业能力评价方式,帮助学生获得专业知识、强化专业实践,训练创新思维。微创业项目式教学改革有助于满足学生专业实践能力提升需求,培养适合地方企业和社会发展的创新型应用型人才。Under the background of our rapid economic development and the popularization of higher education,the competition of local undergraduate talents'professional practice and innovation ability training is becoming more and more fierce.Local universities are also facing a new round of development opportunities and challenges.In this paper,data from the annual report on the employment quality of graduates of five local undergraduate universities in Jiangxi Province from 2019 to 2021 are selected to analyze the current situation of talent training.This paper selects the annual report data of graduates'employment quality from 2019 to 2021 from five local undergraduate universities in Jiangxi Province to analyze the current situation of talent training in local undergraduate universities.Based on the view that professional knowledge is the foundation of professional ability acquisition,government and enterprises are important resources of ability acquisition,and innovative thinking is the core of talent innovation,a reform plan of talent professional practice and innovation ability cultivation driven by micro-projects is constructed,by encouraging teachers'transformation and innovative development,integrating government,enterprise,and campus scientific research practice resources,refining innovation practice projects in small fields from practical production and social development needs and integrating them into the teaching of core knowledge points of professional courses,reconstructing the evaluation method of students'professional ability,helping students acquire professional knowledge,strengthening professional practice and training innovative thinking.Microentrepreneurship project-style teaching reform is helpful to meet the needs of students to improve their professional practical ability and cultivate application-oriented talents suitable for the development of local enterprises and society.
