摘 要:环氧植物油是具有前景的绿色增塑剂。为提高环氧化效率,采用共沉淀-浸渍法制备了一系列负载不同金属氧化物固体酸催化剂,通过XRD、FT-IR、SEM-EDX等手段对催化剂进行表征,以双氧水为氧供体、甲酸为氧载体,将制备的催化剂应用到大豆油环氧化反应。研究表明,在WO 3-SnO 2-ZrO 2/HPW用量为1.0%、n(C=C)∶n(H 2 O 2)∶n(HCOOH)=1∶2.8∶1.2、反应温度为60℃、搅拌速率为350 r/min、反应时间为3 h的条件下,大豆油的环氧值相对转化率可达到87.21%,且经5次使用后仍保持较好的催化性能。Epoxy vegetable oil is a promising green plasticizer.In order to improve the epoxidation efficiency,a series of solid acid catalysts supported by different metal oxides were prepared by co-precipitation and impregnation method.The catalysts were characterized by XRD,FT-IR and SEM-EDX.The prepared catalysts were applied to soybean oil epoxidation reaction with hydrogen peroxide as oxygen donor and formic acid as oxygen support.The results indicated that,under the conditions of WO 3-SnO 2-ZrO 2/HPW dosage of 1.0%,n(C=C)∶n(H 2O 2)∶n(HCOOH)=1∶2.8∶1.2,reaction temperature of 60℃,stirring rate of 350 r/min and reaction time of 3 h,the relative conversion of oxirane of soybean oil could reach 87.21%.
